本ポリシーは、Android アプリ「ボードボックス (BoardBox)」(以下「本アプリ」)における 利用者の情報の取り扱いについて定めるものです。
1. 収集する情報
本アプリは、利用者の個人情報およびその他一切の情報を収集しません。
本アプリはインターネットへ接続する機能を持っておらず、Android のインターネット接続権限
(android.permission.INTERNET)を要求していません。そのため、本アプリが情報を
外部へ送信することは技術的にできません。
2. 端末内に保存される情報
本アプリは、次の情報を利用者の端末内にのみ保存します。これらが外部へ 送信されることはありません。
- 設定 — プレイヤー名、振動(触覚フィードバック)の有無、背景の演出の有無、表示言語、考慮時間の設定など
- ゲームごとの設定 — 盤面サイズ、手合割など、各ゲームに固有の設定
- 対局の記録 — 対局日時、ゲームの種類、対局者名、着手の手順、対局結果(SGF 形式)
対局者名は利用者が設定画面で任意に入力する表示名であり、既定値は "Player 1" / "Player 2" です。 本アプリが氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・アカウント情報などの入力を求めることはありません。
3. 広告およびアクセス解析
本アプリは広告を表示しません。また、アクセス解析、クラッシュレポート収集、行動記録などを 行う第三者提供のソフトウェア(SDK)を一切組み込んでいません。
4. 端末の権限
本アプリが要求する権限は振動 (android.permission.VIBRATE) のみです。
これは、長押しで確定する操作が成立した瞬間に端末を短く振動させ、操作が受け付けられたことを
利用者に伝える目的でのみ使用します。この権限から情報が取得されることはありません。
5. クリップボードの利用
本アプリには、利用者自身の操作によって対局の記録をクリップボードへコピーする機能があります。 コピーを行うのは利用者が明示的にその操作を選んだときだけであり、コピー後のデータの扱いは 利用者に委ねられます。本アプリがクリップボードの内容を読み取ることはありません。
6. 保存された情報の削除
第2項の情報は、本アプリをアンインストールすることですべて削除されます。アプリを残したまま 削除する場合は、Android の「設定」→「アプリ」→「ボードボックス」→「ストレージ」から データを削除してください。
7. お子様の利用について
本アプリは年齢を問わず、いかなる利用者からも情報を収集しません。したがって、お子様の情報を 収集・利用・共有することもありません。
8. Google Play を通じた購入について
本アプリの購入に関する決済処理は Google Play が行います。決済に関する情報は Google が 取り扱うものであり、本アプリの開発者がクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を受け取ることは ありません。Google による情報の取り扱いについては、Google のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
9. 本ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーの内容を変更する場合は、このページを更新し、あわせて冒頭の最終更新日を改めます。

This policy describes how the Android application "BoardBox" (the "App") handles user information.
1. Information We Collect
The App does not collect any personal information or any other information from its users.
The App has no networking functionality and does not request the Android internet permission
(android.permission.INTERNET). As a result, it is technically incapable of transmitting
any information outside of your device.
2. Information Stored on Your Device
The App stores the following information only on your own device. None of it is transmitted anywhere.
- Settings — player names, haptic feedback on/off, background animation on/off, display language, and time-control settings.
- Per-game settings — settings specific to each game, such as board size and handicap.
- Game records — date and time, game type, player names, the sequence of moves, and the result, stored in SGF format.
Player names are display names that you may freely enter on the settings screen; the defaults are "Player 1" and "Player 2". The App never asks you to enter a real name, email address, phone number, or account credentials.
3. Advertising and Analytics
The App displays no advertising. It does not include any third-party software (SDK) for analytics, crash reporting, or behavioral tracking.
4. Device Permissions
The only permission the App requests is vibration (android.permission.VIBRATE).
It is used solely to briefly vibrate the device when a press-and-hold action is confirmed, so that you
can tell the action was accepted. No information is obtained through this permission.
5. Clipboard
The App provides a feature that copies a game record to the clipboard. This happens only when you explicitly choose to do so, and what happens to the copied data afterwards is up to you. The App never reads the contents of your clipboard.
6. Deleting Stored Information
All information described in section 2 is deleted when you uninstall the App. To delete it while keeping the App installed, go to Android "Settings" → "Apps" → "BoardBox" → "Storage" and clear the app data.
7. Children's Use
The App collects no information from any user, regardless of age. Accordingly, it does not collect, use, or share information from children.
8. Purchases Through Google Play
Payment for the App is processed by Google Play. Payment information is handled by Google, and the developer of the App does not receive payment details such as credit card numbers. Please refer to Google's privacy policy for how Google handles that information.
9. Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, this page will be updated and the "Last updated" date at the top will be revised.
